A Florida native, Donald Metcalf attended Georgia State University, receiving a Bachelor of Arts in speech communications, graduating Cum Laude, and Florida Coastal School of Law for his Juris Doctorate, graduating in 2002 with high honors. He started practicing law in 2003, directly after being admitted to the Florida Bar Association. Professionally, he has handled innumerous cases, helping thousands of clients – some of whom have retained his services or passed along his name multiple times. He’s had the honor of trying personal injury cases with great success as well as winning appeals. His success as an attorney directly reflects his understanding of the law, his personality (serious when called for, humorous and light hearted otherwise), and his commitment to clients. Donald’s strengths are negotiation, research and debate. He is the epitome of “the person who knows more” has the upper hand, at least in the world of personal injury law. He’s always a few steps and questions ahead, with a knack for anticipating what the next move will be. And this really comes in handy when dealing with opposing counsels, companies and, of course, his teenage sons.
